Founder and President

Since founding Premier over 25 years ago, Don has remained actively involved in the day-to-day operations to ensure that his philosophy continues to be integrated throughout all operations of the company.

With his background in agronomy, turf management, and his extensive knowledge in tree care, Don often lends his expertise to Premier’s managers and leadership to ensure that each client, property, or project is receiving the best possible care.

Hans Fairbank

Landscape Manager

With Over 25 Years of Experience in the Landscaping Industry, Hans Manages and Organizes All of Premier’s Landscape Design and Enhancement Projects for Both Commercial and Residential Clients.

This includes the design and construction of all hardscape and masonry projects, as well as tree and shrub installations. Hans is also a certified arborist, offering Premier extensive knowledge and expertise of tree care and maintenance.

Kim Provides Leadership and Support to the Overall, Day-to-day Functions of the Premier’s Office.
